Carrying inside 12 years of a changed life, a journey beyond comprehension I would ever take. At 24 the world was my oyster and now the candle still burns brightly, a white flame, warm and gentle and free. Time to let go, the past has gone forever. Only the present remains. As the ebb and flow of tides swash turquoise blue waves, I move forward. Threads weave in and out of existence in delicate patterns. Being separate from dreams is excruciatingly painful. Watching the world progress yet existing in slow motion, in and out of reality. Accepting life is different is a huge strain but ease will carry me forward. Conversations and learning of simple truths once forgotten. Treading silent steps in the direction of greater clarity and faith. All is well and peace is mine.
